Energy-saving transformation of magnetic levitation chiller
Zidong Nylon carries out energy-saving transformation of magnetic levitation chiller. According to calculations, after the transformation, it can save 21,000 kWh of electricity per month, with an energy saving rate of 30%, and save 91 tons of standard coal per year.
Give priority to purchasing green products
When purchasing raw materials, auxiliary materials and spare parts, Zidong Nylon gives priority to purchasing products with environmental certification and green certification. Sign relevant environmental management agreements with chemical product suppliers, requiring reduction of environmental pollution during transportation, green recycling and treatment, and reduction of environmental impact.


Install solar photovoltaic power generation equipment
Install solar photovoltaic power generation equipment, with an annual power generation of about 340,000 kWh, saving 41.82 tons of standard coal.
Application of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment
Replace high and low voltage equipment as a whole, replacing all SCB8 transformers with SCB14 transformers with energy efficiency level 2 or higher, and promoting the application of high-efficiency energy-saving transformers; when selecting chillers and air conditioning units, select Class 1 energy efficiency products.
