Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. In accordance with the company's market development goals and strategies, assist the general manager in formulating the medium and long-term development strategy for market sales, and conduct market research and information collection and analysis.
2. Organize and plan strategies and schemes for product marketing, integrate relevant resources to promote the implementation of marketing plans, and supervise the implementation effects.
3. Formulate annual and monthly sales targets and plans. After approval by the company, promote their overall implementation and supervise and control the execution of the plans, striving to achieve the sales targets.
4. Organize the construction of a sales team, draft sales management methods and systems, break down sales tasks and targets, and provide business guidance, training and performance assessment for subordinate personnel.
5. Maintain communication and relationship maintenance with key clients.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Clear thinking, dedicated, responsible, and able to adapt to business trips.
3. Possess excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
4. Those who have worked in the BOPA film or thin-film related industries will be given priority.
