Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and manage the technical processes of nylon film products to ensure that their performance meets standards and customer requirements.
2. Develop new products and improve existing ones to enhance product competitiveness.
3. Participate in various experiments and tests during the product development process.
4. Participate in cross-departmental cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of product production and R&D processes.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in polymer materials or related fields.
2. Possess a good spirit of research and have a strong desire to learn about new materials and technologies.
3. Possess good communication and coordination skills, and be capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with team members and upstream and downstream suppliers.
4. Fresh graduates can be recruited.
